Systown develops Industrial Physical AI in Stockholm. missionGRAPH connects industrial data and measured position into a shared picture of the world. swarmCORTEX is being developed to coordinate robots, vehicles and people. Our work moves from sensor ground truth, through simulation, towards controlled operation.
Systown is an NVIDIA Inception Program company. We build with NVIDIA technology, AVEVA PI and Wittra spatial intelligence.

Fullstack & AI-native workflows
AI Developer
Make complex Physical AI simple to use.
Do you build faster and smarter with AI as a collaborator—and know when to challenge its answer? Here, you’ll build the interfaces, tools and integrations that make industrial AI understandable and useful to people.
The role and what you bring
What you’ll build
- Build thoughtful TypeScript and Next.js interfaces for spatial data, AI workflows and industrial use cases.
- Connect frontend, Node.js services and APIs into robust end-to-end experiences.
- Develop AI-native workflows using model routing, model chaining and agent orchestration where they solve a concrete problem.
- Own delivery from idea and prototype through testing, deployment and iteration, working closely with product and infrastructure.
What you bring
- Strong UI and fullstack development skills in TypeScript, Next.js and Node.js.
- An AI-native workflow using tools such as Cursor, Claude Code or Codex, with personal responsibility for quality.
- Understanding of API design, such as REST or GraphQL, and how applications operate in cloud infrastructure.
- Initiative, independence and the ability to explain technical trade-offs.
What would be a plus
- RAG, LLM integrations and AI pipelines.
- Relational, document and time-series databases.
- Docker, Kubernetes, GitOps and CI/CD.
- Products you have built and deployed end-to-end.

Infrastructure & Data
Senior Developer
Build the foundation Physical AI needs to trust.
You care about the systems beneath the surface: data pipelines, architecture and infrastructure that keep working when reality gets messy. Here, you’ll build the foundation that brings sensor data and industrial information into one usable system.
The role and what you bring
What you’ll build
- Own and evolve the infrastructure and data flows behind our Industrial Physical AI stack.
- Design scalable data models and ETL pipelines connecting sensors, positioning and industrial systems.
- Build for data quality, traceability, observability and recovery when a stream is delayed or a component fails.
- Own technical delivery from architecture through operation, coordinating with other developers when the task requires it.
What you bring
- Broad senior experience in backend architecture, scalable data modelling and ETL.
- Hands-on cloud infrastructure experience with AWS and/or Azure.
- A track record of connecting systems and owning technical delivery end-to-end.
- An independent approach: you take responsibility for the whole system and find a way forward without needing detailed instructions.
What would be a plus
- A degree in computer engineering, information systems or equivalent knowledge.
- Experience in property, energy, construction or another industrial sector.
- Experience leading or coordinating development teams.
What we offer

Requirements for both roles
- Fluent spoken and written Swedish.
- A category B driving licence.
- Swedish citizenship.
- You must be able to undergo and pass security vetting for work involving critical industrial infrastructure.
