Terms of Use
Last updated · 31 August 2026
These terms govern your use of systown.ai and the Systown portal. By using the site you accept them. If you use the portal on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.
Who we are
The site is operated by Systown (org. no. 559163-5031, VAT SE559163503101), Kungsgatan 8 · KG10 · Stockholm, Sweden. You can reach us at ai@systown.ai.
Use of the site
You may browse the site and use the contact form for legitimate business inquiries. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the portal or any non-public part of the site, probe or disrupt its infrastructure, scrape it in a way that burdens the service, or submit content that is unlawful, misleading or malicious. Portal accounts are personal: keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly about any suspected misuse.
Intellectual property
The site and its content — text, graphics, imagery, logos, product names such as swarmCORTEX and missionGRAPH, and the Systown name and marks — are owned by Systown or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or use them beyond ordinary browsing without our prior written consent. NVIDIA, Wittra, AVEVA and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners; their appearance on this site does not imply endorsement.
Content on the site
The site describes our platform and services for general information. Performance figures are labelled with how they were measured (for example, measured in simulation) and are not a promise of results at your site. Nothing on the site constitutes an offer or professional advice; commercial engagements are governed by separate written agreements.
Third-party links
The site links to third-party websites (for example LinkedIn or event registration pages). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about its availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, with the Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
