Understand the terms. Define the work.
Physical AI and agentic AI only become useful when the task, data, limits and evidence are clear. Start with the concepts, then see how our two products apply them.
↗01 / The foundations
From a model to the physical world.
The definitions behind industrial world models and autonomous systems.
What is Physical AI?
Physical AI uses models and sensor information to interpret the physical world and support actions in it. In an industrial setting, that might mean understanding equipment, people and movement before proposing a route or process change. A model output alone does not authorise a machine to move.
What is a world model in AI?
A world model represents an environment and predicts how it might change, including after a possible action. It can help generate scenarios and compare plans. Its predictions need testing against measured conditions before they are used to make site decisions.
What is spatial intelligence?
Spatial intelligence is the ability to reason about position, shape, distance and movement. For an industrial operation, it includes knowing which asset occupies a zone, how a vehicle approaches a crossing and whether a reading is current and precise enough to use.
What is Industrial Autonomous Physical AI?
It is the application of perception, world models and planning to industrial work where physical systems may act with defined autonomy. The useful question is which actions can be proposed, which require a person and which are blocked by site controls. Autonomy must be evaluated on the actual equipment and operation.
Next · Industrial context↓02 / Industrial context
A signal needs a place and a time.
Operational data becomes useful when its meaning and limits travel with it.
What are real-time industrial data streams?
They are time-stamped measurements and events from operating systems: temperatures, equipment states, alarms, positions, orders or production counts. “Real-time” describes an update requirement, not a guarantee that every value is instant or reliable. Useful streams also carry source, quality and freshness.
What does contextualisation mean in an industrial setting?
Contextualisation connects a raw value to the asset, process, place and operating condition that give it meaning. “85” becomes useful when it is identified as 85 °C from a particular bearing during startup, with a timestamp and known sensor quality. That context helps people and models interpret the same signal consistently.
Why do industrial AI systems need missionGRAPH, missionCORTEX and missionREFLEX?
They address different problems inside the missionSTUDIO direction. missionGRAPH relates assets, places, work and observations. missionCORTEX proposes assignments and routes for a mixed fleet using that context. missionREFLEX is the proposed local edge-response layer. Coordination and physical responses require site data, constraints and evaluation before operational use.

Two starting points. Shared discipline.
One product focuses on physical operations; the other on governed agent workflows.
What does “Enabling The Sovereign Frontier” mean?
It is Systown AI’s direction for taking frontier agentic and Physical AI capabilities toward mission-critical use under the operator’s authority. ContextClone helps define and review agent workflows; missionSTUDIO models physical operations and tests fleet safety and optimisation scenarios. Each sovereign deployment still needs its own integration, security and operational validation.
See the architecture ↗What does missionSTUDIO do today?
missionSTUDIO brings industrial modelling and simulation into one workspace. Its current Simulate workspace supports local process and warehouse scenarios, comparison and review. Live integrations, world-model use and physical fleet coordination are directions for site-specific evaluation and commissioning.
Explore missionSTUDIO ↗What is ContextClone?
ContextClone is a safety and security harness for agent workflows: task context, approved sources, permitted tools, checks and human review. OpenAI frontier models can support development on approved material. A reviewed workflow still needs testing on its selected runtime and within the operator’s information boundary.
Explore ContextClone ↗How are missionSTUDIO and ContextClone different?
missionSTUDIO starts with a physical operation: model the site, rehearse a change and review the evidence. ContextClone starts with an information workflow: define what an agent may read, propose and pass to a human reviewer. They share an approach to context, simulation and controlled release, but serve different work.
